Orders outside our local delivery area and most furniture, oversized and special order items do not qualify. Non-qualifying orders incur a delivery charge (minimum charge of $9.95). Many orders can be delivered next business day (between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM) if placed online or via phone by 5:00 PM or via fax by 3:00 PM, local time (in most locations). How can I get free next business day delivery (Monday through Friday between 8:30 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. local time)?
There are a few items that are not available for next business day delivery (most furniture items are excluded), but you'll find most of the items you need can be delivered the very next business day*. Some Restrictions Apply. Click here for details.
Is it possible to receive my delivery the same day I place my order?
Yes. If you place your order by 10AM on any business-day, you can arrange to have it delivered by 5PM that Same Business-Day. To get Same Business-Day Delivery, simply select this option during the checkout process when you place your order. A fee of $14.95 will be charged to your account upon Checkout for this service.
Please note: not all items qualify for Same Business-Day Delivery. Items that may be excluded include furniture, special order products, and other items that are shipped from a 3rd party supplier. Some zip codes are also excluded from Same Business-Day Delivery. If your order does not qualify for Same Business-Day Delivery, you will be notified at Checkout.
What if an order is under $9.99?
Deliveries for orders under $9.99, or deliveries outside of our local delivery areas, will be assessed a charge based on the total weight of the order. Minimum charge is $9.95 for up to 10 lbs. If ordering online through www.officedepot.com, delivery fees will be determined prior to final checkout. Delivery fees are non-refundable if the order or part of the order is returned unless the product is damaged or defective. Custom delivery fees may be added for custom items. Delivery fees are subject to change without notice.
To see whether your address is in a local delivery area,look at your shopping cart total (upper right-hand side of the homepage), if your order is over $9.99 and you are in a local delivery area, a `Free Delivery' notice will appear in the Shopping Cart. If there is an amount listed after "delivery" in your shopping cart, then your address is outside of our local delivery area and you will incur the delivery charges shown. To find out if your item can be delivered next business day, check to see if a icon is displayed for that particular item. When applicable, this icon is displayed under the product description on the item page. If you see this icon, then the item is not available for next business day delivery, and will arrive within 3 business days*.

What does the In-Store Pick Up program involve?
In-Store Pick Up services are available in all stores. When you place your order via 1-800-GO-DEPOT or www.officedepot.com, mention or list that you would like to pick up your order at a store location near you and your order will be available for pick up in approximately 4 hours. Please note that not all items featured in our catalogs or on our Web site are available in stores and may not be available for In-Store Pick Up.
